A note on names
Season Games is the collection’s name, not the title of a single game. History is a shared starting point, while Creators deliberately takes a related strategy approach into an imagined setting.
- SanguoSeason / 三国春秋 is the classic being renewed. Its Chinese title and Gusu-inspired heritage remain.
- Sanguo3D is the development codename for the new 3D Three Kingdoms project, shown in Chinese as 三国3D. It is still at an early stage, and its final title has not been decided.
- Creators / 创世春秋 is an imagined-world strategy concept focused on player-led building, intended for players across languages and cultures.
- Ming is the longer-term late-Ming project, requiring its own historical research while potentially sharing Sanguo3D’s technical architecture.
ZHSan / 中华三国志 belongs to another project team’s brand and community. The SeasonRealms branch is introduced as an independent companion from the home page, outside the four main product columns.
Each project is being developed separately; they are not a promise of every era and world in one combined game. The Three Kingdoms projects remain the current priority.
Part of a wider workshop
SeasonEngine and SeasonStudio belong to the same wider family of work. They have their own websites and purposes. This site keeps a related sense of clarity while giving the games a quieter, historically rooted setting.
We are a small team, and not every visual decision is final. The site is built around readable text, modest image collections, and a landscape background that can accommodate better artwork over time.
Language & versions
This edition introduces the projects in English. Each game’s supported languages and platforms are listed with its releases. Concepts, development updates and released content are clearly distinguished.
Artwork, sources & reuse
The site uses existing project material and two simple editorial illustrations for Creators and Ming. Older promotions, interface studies, landscape references, and site illustrations are labelled separately. Neither an abstract planning map nor an illustrated research folio represents finished game art or a historical document.
| Material | Origin and use |
|---|---|
| Blue-green landscapes | Start01–03 from the project’s Pics collection; background treatments and art-direction references. |
| SeasonTree & ink studies | Screen01, Screen03, and Screen04 from Pics; shown as earlier screen and interface studies. |
| Classic archive | GameSummary, StratagemView, and InnovatePlay from the earlier LinyuanleWebSite2 website. |
| Project marks | The SanguoSeason and ZHSan resource collections; the site’s mountain seal is adapted from the SanguoSeason menu artwork. |
The abstract Creators planning sheet and Ming research-table illustration were made for this website, without external image services. They can be replaced when each project has its own artwork.
A machine-readable source list records origins and exported dimensions. These records identify the material; they are not a complete chain of authorship or a grant of rights. Images are bundled with this edition; their source records are not loading dependencies.
Game artwork, reference images, names, and third-party material retain their applicable rights. Publishing the website’s source does not automatically put its art under a code license. Further attribution and permission details need to be confirmed before any broader reuse or redistribution.
Privacy & local preferences
This edition has no accounts, forms, embedded social widgets, advertising, or analytics scripts. Images and scripts are bundled with the site. Text uses fonts installed on your device, with no remote font requests.
The day/night setting uses your browser’s local storage under sos-theme. It stores only your chosen appearance. “Use device setting” in the footer removes that preference and follows your device again. No sign-in is needed.
The hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP addresses and access logs under its own policies. Following a repository, store, or download link takes you to a separate service with its own terms and privacy practices.
